Terms of Service Conscious Pharmacist
Effective Date: August 29, 2025
By accessing or using this website (including all related webpages, blog content, services, and retreats—collectively, the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use this Website or our services.
1. Parties and Purpose
Conscious Pharmacist, a Portugal-based organization, provides information, integration support, and in-person retreat experiences and microdosing therapy involving psychedelics (plant medicine), strictly in jurisdictions where such activities are legally permitted, decriminalized, or otherwise compliant with local regulations.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Website and our services worldwide.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
You agree to use the Website lawfully and responsibly, and not to upload, distribute, or otherwise transmit any unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in your place of residence or travel.
3. Information and Services
Content provided on this Website is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns.
Our services, including retreats, microdosing therapy, professional coaching and integration support, are offered only in jurisdictions where they are permitted by law.
4. Reservations and Participation
Participation in retreats or related services is voluntary. By registering, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any physical, emotional, or psychological risks.
We conduct a comprehensive screening process to assess suitability, but risks cannot be fully eliminated.
Our facilitators follow recognized best practices in safety and harm reduction, but Conscious Pharmacist cannot be held liable for adverse outcomes of participation.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Psychedelic experiences are deeply personal, subjective, and unpredictable. We make no promises or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, healing, or transformation.
Testimonials or personal accounts featured on the Website are anecdotal and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
6. Health and Safety
Our retreats and services are not recommended for individuals with a history of psychosis, schizophrenia, severe mental health disorders, heart conditions or certain medical conditions.
You must disclose relevant medical and psychological history during the intake process. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from participation.
If in doubt about your mental or physical health, consult a qualified professional before registering.
7. Integration Support
We encourage participants to engage in our post-retreat integration process, designed to help incorporate insights from psychedelic experiences into daily life. Depending on individual needs, additional professional support (such as therapy or counseling) may be recommended.
8. Limitation of Liability
Conscious Pharmacist, its facilitators, staff, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g., willful misconduct or gross negligence).
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including text, images, videos, logos, and documentation—is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and remains the property of Conscious Pharmacist or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information.
11. Modifications and Termination
Conscious Pharmacist reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to services if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or applicable laws.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Portugal, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Conscious Pharmacist regarding your use of the Website and services and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
