Our retreat experiences take place in the Central Algarve, Portugal (close to Faro). Microdosing coaching, medication tapering and other ongoing support can largely take place online, subject to suitability and local regulations.

Microdosing is not suitable for everyone. Suitability, medication considerations and applicable local regulations are reviewed before participation.

Medication Tapering Support

Considering a medication change? Start with a conversation — not a sudden stop.

16-week support program | €1,990

If you are considering reducing antidepressants or other psychotropic medication, you may have questions about withdrawal, timing and the support you need.

Our pharmacist-led approach starts with your individual situation: your medication history, health, previous experiences and goals.

Where appropriate, we can explore a personalised support pathway in collaboration with your prescribing healthcare professional.

Microdosing psilocybin is not an automatic requirement. Whether it is appropriate to consider forms part of the individual assessment.

Do not stop or change prescribed medication without appropriate medical supervision. Sixteen weeks describes the support program, not a guarantee that a taper can or should be completed within that period.

Small-Group Retreats in Portugal

With or Without Psychedelics

A meaningful retreat does not have to include a psychedelic experience. We can discuss non-psychedelic formats as well as options that include individually assessed psychedelic participation. Where a psychedelic element is considered, suitability screening, preparation, informed consent and integration form part of the planning.

For corporate and team groups, participation must be genuinely voluntary. No employee or colleague should feel expected to take part in a psychedelic experience or disclose personal health information to their employer.
